This stuff is pure magic! Time-released melatonin + a relaxation blend = my ultimate sleep solution. At my age, I used to wake up in the middle of the night, tossing and turning. Now, I’m finally sleeping through the night and waking up rested—something I never thought would happen. For me, just one capsule works wonders, even though they recommend two. Sleeptrim is a total game-changer!

This is one of the first products I tried with PURE back in 2018 - i have not missed a nightly dose since. My sleep is so much better, plus is keeps my metabolism going through the night. Love it! Fall asleep faster too.
