This does what it says it’ll do for you and it’s so mild, you don’t even really notice as there’s no negative side effects. Well, …I notice when I Don’t take it! Most days I only need one! Mild but effective!

I took this product two days in a row. Each day it gave me horrible anxiety. This is supposed to help “things move”. I didn’t have a bowel movement either of the 2 days I took it.
