I follow Barbara O’Neill online & she stresses the importance of taking calcium only if you also are taking the necessary additional vitamin & minerals needed for our body to utilize the additional calcium. I have been using this product for years! It is awesome for getting calcium, magnesium, and vit K! I do wish they would go back to the original consistency though! It is too thick to drink now. :)

I adore that this NON-Dairy Calcium option is available and that is is blended with other vitamins to help my body use it well. It has a great taste and is not gritty. I keep mine in the fridge and take it before bed. I feel I get better quality and quantity of sleep since I've started and I no longer have trouble with my muscles cramping (just MY experience, not any sort of health claim or diagnosis!!).

Ok . . . so, I'm almost 55 years old and NEED a good Calcium supplement, but CalciuMK+ is the best I've ever used! I've almost always been "somewhat" of a health nut! I've been on really good supplements for years, so I think I can recommend our products with experience as my qualifier!
