When my wife first introduced this into our daily routine, I didn't believe I was getting anything from it. I believed we were wasting our money. So when we ran out, I told her not to order anymore. After one week I was asking my wife to again order sulfur. I had not realized how much it had alleviated pain in my knees and hips until I went without it! Now, I don't go without it for a single day!

My husband and I both take the Pure Sulfur every morning upon rising (before our coffee) without fail! I love that it's basically tasteless and that I can get what I need in a couple of gulps. Can't pinpoint exactly what feels better with it, but it does increase my overall feeling of well being - I notice a difference when I've run out.

I was skeptical about sulphur at first, but since taking this, I’ve noticed an old knee injury doesn’t have as much pain. I’ve also noticed I don’t suffer from my allergies quite so much. This is a must for my daily regimen.

I now add this to my monthly regiment helps with stopping swelling. My wife loves it because of her ankles. She’s a hairdresser keeps the swelling down in her ankles.
